Courtesy Cars

At Rainbow, we offer courtesy cars because we want your dealings with us to be as smooth and efficient as possible, saving you time and causing you little or no disruption. The logistics of how your vehicle gets to and from our bodyshop is an important aspect of our total customer care. We work with all parties to agree the best method, whether this involves us picking up and dropping off your vehicle, or the provision of a courtesy car.

At Rainbow, courtesy cars are available to everyone – and the presence of Enterprise Rent-A-Car on-site makes this particularly painless. Depending upon your contract, you may have to pay for this service or it may be complimentary. The same is true of our Valet service, which, again according to your contract, may be free of charge but is in any case always available at a reasonable extra cost.
