We want your repair at Rainbow Prestige to fit into the rest of your busy life as smoothly, conveniently and efficiently as possible, saving you time and causing you little or no disruption. How your vehicle gets to and from our bodyshop is a vital factor in our overall customer care. To this end, we co-ordinate with everyone concerned to work out the best option for you: this may mean that we pick up your vehicle from your residence or your place of work, and drop it back after the work is done, or it may involve the provision of a courtesy car.
Courtesy cars are available to every Rainbow Prestige customer. We have a long standing relationship with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, enabling us to easily make the necessary arrangements. Depending upon your contract, this service may be complimentary or may involve a small extra charge. In the same way, at the end of the repair, a valet service is available to all Rainbow Prestige customers, again complimentary or chargeable depending upon the provisions of your contract.
