Graham Henwood

Graham is Group Compliance Manager at Rainbow Bodyshops, with responsibility for ensuring that all sites are compliant with the standards necessary for Manufacturer Approvals, Work Provider Contracts and British Standards BS 10125:2014+A1:2016.

This includes ensuring that all workshop equipment is maintained by way of service and calibration, that all staff are trained to the stipulated levels, and that each site has the required number of competent and qualified personnel to meet the standards set. Graham started his working career in 1978 with the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries & Food (MAFF), later to become DEFRA. He moved into the bodyshop industry in 2003 as an Estimator/VDA at a small independent company, before joining Rainbow in 2010. Graham’s hobbies include watching Reading FC, playing golf, reading, and he is a lover of real ale!
