Our Rainbow Xpress Bodyshop service starts with a detailed estimate that establishes not only the cost of the parts and labour, but also, and perhaps more importantly, explains the precise work to be undertaken on your vehicle. This gives you, us, your insurer and any other third party all of the information you and they need about the job from the outset, as well as invaluable confidence about the repairs being undertaken to your vehicle.
We always deploy the Audatex system to generate our estimates: this system is industry-approved and the task is undertaken by fully trained and experienced personnel, all of whom will have passed their ATA, NVQ or other industry standard qualification. We would like to point out that, after the estimate is generated, there may be a short delay whilst we wait for authorisation from the provider, although, as Rainbow Xpress is a trusted partner of these companies, we have the authority to start the work if it is under certain thresholds. For obvious reasons, in the case of Xpress clients, we do everything we can to minimise any delay at this juncture, and in the majority of cases, repairs commence immediately.
